Summary: We came down for the fair, we love that you have a shuttle that drops us off right by the entrance!! We did get back around 11pm and were told the bar was to be open til 12. The female bartender was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, started closing things up at 11:20p and made last call.

Summary: came in for an event at Wells Fargo Center - hotel is in a great location to the venue - easy walking distance - enjoyed that the bar stayed open after the event.

Summary: Our floor #23, the ice machine didn't work. We didn't have access to a microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, or snacks in the common area by the elevators, all other floors did. Beds were so low to the ground as was the toilet. It was like being in an elementary school bathroom. Very low water pressure in the shower. Service was 100% top tier

Summary: The bed was horrid. The entire hotel had a weird /old smell. Bathroom was so tiny and awkward for 2 people. Shuttle driver was amazing.

Summary: It was just very over Booked kind of understandable due to the fact that I found out when we got there were a couple events going on, room service food is very over priced as well as the snacks and beverages bar in the lobby, cheaper to go to the gas station, other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly tried to work with me not having my physical ID on me, the pool was supposedly heated but it was pretty cold, breakfast was pretty good
